  • Absolutely! When adding flowers to your cart, be sure to include the Personalized Message Enclosure option to include a personalized message along with your flowers. This adds a special touch to your gift and lets the recipient know who the flowers are from.

  • Upon receiving your arrangement, add water as needed to ensure all stems are submerged. Keep your flowers out of direct sunlight and change the water in your vase every few days to maximize their longevity and enjoyment.

    If we cannot make contact with the recipient we will attempt delivery twice.

    At which point we will attempt to schedule a pick up with the customer.
